Coralco Corporation has been a mainstay in the construction and renovation industry in Hawaii. We are licensed by the State of Hawaii and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to perform hazardous materials abatement. In conjunction with demolition and renovations, Coralco has developed programs that specialize in the abatement of mold, lead paint, mercury, PCBs and hazardous waste removal and disposal to accommodate new construction. All programs meet or exceed EPA, NESHA, NOISH, DOSH and OSHA regulations and standards.
We are experienced in working on projects of varying scales:
Home Improvement Projects. We have done projects in homes, condominiums and apartments. We help the homeowner with interior renovations such as removal of walls, floors or roof removal.
Hazardous Materials Projects. Such as removal of asbestos containing popcorn ceilings, lead containing paint and mold.
Multi-Phase Projects. Duration of the project is monthly or yearly such as public school renovations and military housing improvement projects.
Military Projects. We’ve done projects on most military installations in the islands – Schofield Army Base, Wheeler Army Airfield, Pearl Harbor, Kaneohe Marine Corp Base, Hickam Air Force Base, Camp Smith and military C.I.A. areas.
Our company staff – officers, administrative support, estimators, supervisors and workers – is highly qualified in the positions they occupy. The administrative staff is proficient with computers, communication and organizational skills. Estimators, supervisors and workers are certified and trained in various disciplines such as hazmat abatement, project monitoring, building inspection, fall protection, CPR, first aid and equipment operating.
We welcome the opportunity to extend our expertise and commitment in providing courtesy service from our professional staff and quality workmanship from our field crew for our construction.
